🔴 We will guide you to reserve tickets online, but this is not necessary, because we will get access to buy entering ticket when we arrive(100% warranty you will get a ticket).

🔴 In fact, Borobudur reguler tickets are valid for that hours and after, but cannot be used for the previous hour, So don't worry if you are late for some reason.

Disclaimer:

1. If there is a flight delay and our driver has already left to pick up, then your order is can not be canceled, but we have Policies (FYI : Our driver start driving to Airport 1.5 hours before arrival flight.)

2. If a flight delay occurs resulting in a change in the tour schedule or resulting in a temple visit being cancelled, don't worry, Borobudur regular tickets are valid for those hours and after, and we have the following Policies =

2.1. If only Borobudur can be visited, customers will only pay Rp600,000 (€33), Our driver will do his best to ensure customers can maximize their visit.

2.2. If Borobudur and Prambanan cannot be visited on that day, customers will only be charged a pick-up fees of Rp350,000 (€19,4), and visits to both temples can be made for Rp600,000 ( €33) the following day.

3. If the flight is really cancelled, and our driver is ready at the airport, then customer will be charged compensation for the petrol and time spent, which is 250,000 IDR ( €13,8)
